Refund Policy

Centuryplayers offers refunds only if the following conditions are met:

Once a transaction has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, Centuryplayers reserves the right to allow Users to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid: Members who wish to cancel a payment must contact Centuryplayers via email within 12 hours of making the payment; Centuryplayers will not be liable for refunds after that. Centuryplayers may refund the amount after deducting applicable cancellation fees and taxes.

We ask that you contact us by email from your registered email if, after charging your card or bank account for a transaction on Centuryplayers Platform, the money is not credited to your Centuryplayers wallet within 48 hours of completion. You should include the following information in your email:

  • The mobile number
  • The value of the transaction
  • The date of the transaction
  • The transaction ID

You may need to wait up to 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed. Users should pay attention to the additional terms and conditions that govern the transaction during the transaction process.
