The Website and the apps on your phone or tablet (collectively, "the Website"). As long as you use the Website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Do not use the site if you do not agree with these terms. Centuryplayers is the name of the main brand of BLUEMATRIX TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED

By using Centuryplayers website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms listed below (the "Terms of Use"). You should read the Terms of Use carefully.

Contract with User

• As long as you adhere to our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") and these Terms of Use (the "Terms"), we are happy to provide you with access to our Website Centuryplayers.com, as well as the opportunity to participate in our skill-based fantasy sports contests by paying a fee to play in cash games or simply signing up to play in free games (collectively, the "Services") that we may offer from our Website.
• You agree to these terms of use whenever you visit, use, sign up for services, accept, upload, submit, or download any content or information from or to the Website.
• Even if you stop using the Website and Services, these Terms of Service remain in effect as a legal agreement between you and Centuryplayers.

Account Verification

You must verify your account on Centuryplayers :

• Verify your Mobile Number.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide us with a declaration that you are not a resident of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
• When using our application, make sure GPS is enabled at all times.
• As part of the Account Verification process, Centuryplayers may require you to provide us with your email ID, a copy of your PAN card, and/or your address proof.

Eligibility

• To open an account, participate in the website's skill games, or win the cash pool, you must be at least 18 years old.
• There are some Indian states that restrict contest entry to residents of those states. We do not currently offer registration or entry for residents of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Centuryplayers.
• Registered users are required to create an account on the Website.
• It is mandatory for users to be Indiann citizens.
• The website allows you to create only one account per person if you wish to use its services. Allowing another person to use your account to participate in a contest is against these terms of service.
• We require accurate, complete, and up-to-date information from you when you register.
• A government-issued ID, a PAN card, and a bank account are required to make payments.

Other Legal Restrictions

The website offers contests or games of skill. The objective criteria described in the contest deadline, roster, rules, scoring, and any other applicable documentation determine the winners. According to the corresponding scoring rules, winners are determined by using skill and knowledge of relevant sports information and fantasy sports rules to accumulate the most points.

Termination and Effect of Termination

Without prior notice, we may revoke any or all of your rights granted hereunder. We reserve the right to revoke your password(s) and/or account identification, as well as to refuse you access to and use of the site Centuryplayers. Such action will not affect rights or obligations arising before it. By definition, terms of use that, by definition, should last after the contract is over will. This includes provisions about ownership, disclaimers of warranties, indemnification, and limits on liability.

Lability

The user agrees that neither the company nor any of its subsidiaries, directors, officers, or employees are responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use of data, or other intangibles, even if the company has been told that such damages could happen.

Liable for any damages arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of service. In no event shall the company's total liability to the user exceed the amount paid by the user to the company, if any, that is related to the cause of action. The user agrees that the company is not responsible or liable to the user or anyone else for any third-party service provider's statements or conduct.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the Website, including text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like, and the Centuryplayers trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Intellectual Property"), are owned or licensed by Centuryplayers.

Attorney's Fees, Arbitration, Jurisdiction

If there is a dispute, claim, or controversy about this Agreement, its breach, or how the Website is used (including all business transactions done through the Website), only the courts in India will be able to handle it.

Miscellaneous

Nothing in the Terms of Use shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favor of any third party, except as expressly provided herein. By participating in any contest on the Website, you agree to indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless Centuryplayers and individuals from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, judgments and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs and other legal expenses, including, without limitation, those costs incurred at the trial and appellate levels and in any bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, or other similar proceedings, and any other legal expenses (collectively, "Claims") arising from or connected with your use of the Website, any payment methods used, any funding of your account, and/or your participation in any contest.

Amendments to the Terms of Use

Centuryplayers reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.
